GMass Configuration -- Step by Step

1. Compose initial email in Gmail as normal
2. Click the GMass arrow (dropdown) next to the GMass button
3. Select Settings
4. Scroll to Auto Follow-up section, check "Send auto follow-ups"
5. Stage 1: Wait 3 days, send to "Those who did NOT open", paste Stage 1 body, leave subject blank (stays in same thread)
6. Stage 2: Click "+ Add another stage", wait 7 days, send to "Those who opened but did NOT reply", enter new subject, paste Stage 2 body
7. Stage 3: Add another stage, wait 14 days, send to "Those who did NOT reply", subject "Should I close your file?", paste Stage 3 body
8. Confirm "Suppress if they replied to any previous stage" is checked (default ON)
9. Click Save Settings, then send/schedule normally

Note: GMass counts days from the original send date, not from the previous stage. Stage 1 stays in-thread. Stages 2-3 create fresh threads with new subjects.

Retroactive Follow-Up Setup (422 Already-Sent Emails)

Go to GMass Dashboard → find campaigns from Weeks 3-7 → open Settings → add Auto Follow-ups → Save. GMass will queue follow-ups based on original send dates.
